30-day returns from date of receipt
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@caremedicalinstruments.com or call (866) 996-5741 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) to the return address below using a trackable shipping method at your expense (unless the return is due to our error).

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges ($7.95) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days from date of receipt.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original packaging.
- Final sale or clearance items (where indicated at purchase).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@caremedicalinstruments.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
